Paragon Innovations Expands Offices, Moves to Plano
Systems Development/Design Firm Doubles Size and Employees
DALLAS
– Nov. 6, 2000 –
Paragon Innovations Inc., a leading provider of outsourced embedded systems design and development services, announced today that it has expanded and relocated to new offices at 2100 10th St., Suite 100, in Plano, Texas.
"In the past year, the number of Paragon's employees has increased from eight to 17, and only the challenge of finding qualified employees keeps us from expanding further," said Michael Wilkinson, chief executive officer of Paragon Innovations. "Our new headquarters gives us the space we need to comfortably accommodate all of our employees, as well as future employees. The larger laboratory is a particularly nice feature of our new facility, as it give us all the room we need for ongoing engineering projects."
This is the second move for Paragon in its 10-year history. The highlight of the 9,600-square foot facility is the electronics laboratory, which is twice the size of Paragon's previous laboratory. The facility also features 24 workstations, up from seven; and nine offices, up from six. The facility is part of a new office complex located just east of Jupiter Road on 10th Street.
Paragon Innovations serves a wide range of local and international clients with services ranging from software documentation to complete embedded systems design, development and manufacturing projects. Some of Paragon's clients include 3M, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Baxter, CC Tech, Genlyte, Halliburton, Hitachi, Scenix and
