Michael R. Wilkinson

Michael R. Wilkinson leads Paragon Innovations' business strategy and vision, product design and development, and customer relations. Since its inception in 1990, Wilkinson and his team have grown Paragon into one of the nation's leading providers of product development and engineering services. Customers include 3M, B Braun Medical, Hitachi, Medtronic, Motorola, and Siemens among others.
Wilkinson himself earned his Eagle Scout at the age of 13. Wilkinson graduated in 1986 from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (now ESET). (Whoop!) Wilkinson is a CEO member of Vistage International.
Wilkinson is a member of the Advisory Council of Texas A&M McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship (formally CNVE) and serves on the Industrial Advisory Board for Texas A&M Engineering Department. He frequently guest lectures for the Engineering and the Mays Business School at Texas A&M. He annually judges the Venture Challenge and the Raymond Ideas Challenge for the Mays Business School MBA program.
Wilkinson is currently serving as a Design & Manufacturing Forum Tri-Chair of Tech Titans. Wilkinson has served on the Board of Directors of Metroplex Technology Business Council (now Tech Titans). Additionally, he is a former chairman of the American Electronic Association's (AEA) North Texas CEO roundtable. Lastly, Wilkinson is financially involved in the Texas A&M Foundation.
Wilkinson is an active Board member of the Aggie Angel Network investing in a number of new ventures. He works with Aggie students to perform due diligence on presenting companies. He also actively works with these startup companies post investment.
Sandy Wilkinson is co-founder and vice president of finance and administration for Paragon Innovations Inc. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of Paragon's finance function including accounting, financial planning and analysis.
Wilkinson received her bachelor's of science degree from Texas A&M University, specializing in advanced mathematics and computer science. She guest lectures for the Electronic Systems Engineering Technology (ESET) department of the university in College Station, TX, and often judges the Tech Transfer Challenge and Raymond Ideas Challenge for the Mays Business School MBA program. She was a member of Vistage International. She is active in the Dallas-Fort Worth CEO Network and Women in Technology International (WITI). Wilkinson was a former Metroplex Technology Business Council (MTBC) (now Tech Titans) Senior Financial Technology Steering Committee and was a former board member of the Southwest High-Tech Career Fair.
Michael Willey joined Paragon Innovations, Inc. in 1993, and leads product development and design operations. Willey plays a key role in creating and developing Paragon's coding and design standards, proposals and other company processes.
Willey received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX in 1978. He has served over five years on the Embedded Systems Conference faculty. Willey also serves on the Industrial Advisory Board for Texas A&M Electronic Systems Engineering Technology (ESET) Department. Currently is a paid faculty member and teaches various courses and manages Capstone projects in the ESET department. In the past, Willey has been an active Boy Scout adult volunteer, serving on the Gray Owl District Committee, Troop 145 committee and has been an instructor for various adult and scout training programs
Allan Rich joined Paragon Innovations, Inc in 2015. He is responsible for project management, as well as many operational functions to include aiding in strategic development of Paragon Innovations, developing/implementing company policy and procedure, and guiding the day-to-day operations of Paragon Innovations.
Allan earned his bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University in 2000, his Master's degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2009 and achieved his Project Management Professional Certification in 2015. He also served in the United States Air Force for 15 years before joining Paragon Innovations. He served as a logistician and spent a large portion of his military career planning deployments and organizing forces. Additionally, he deployed 10 times throughout his career on tours ranging from 1 month to 14 months long. He has served in Iraq, Afghanistan and many other countries across the world. His skills include but are not limited project planning, project management, operations planning, operations management, organizational development, and organizational leadership.
