Michael R. Wilkinson
Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Michael R. Wilkinson leads Paragon Innovations' business strategy and vision, product design and development, and customer relations. Since its inception in 1990, Wilkinson and his team have grown Paragon into one of the nation's leading providers of product development and engineering services. Customers include 3M, B Braun Medical, Hitachi, Matsushita, and Motorola, among others.
Wilkinson is a member of the Advisory Council of Texas A&M Center for New Ventures and Entrepreneurship (CNVE) and serves on the Industrial Advisory Board for Texas A&M Engineering Department. He frequently guest lectures for the Engineering Technology department of Texas A&M and annually judges the Tech Transfer Challenge and Ideas Challenge for the Mays Business School MBA program. Wilkinson is a member of Vistage International and participates as a member of the Dealey Advisory Council of CEOs and the Richardson Chamber of Commerce.
In addition, Wilkinson is the district chairman of the Circle 10 council Explorers, and in 2007 won the William H. Spurgeon III Award, the highest recognition for the Exploring program. Wilkinson himself earned his Eagle Scout at the age of 13. Wilkinson has served on the Board of Directors of Metroplex Technology Business Council (MTBC) and is a former chairman of the American Electronic Association's (AEA) North Texas CEO roundtable. Wilkinson graduated in 1986 from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas with a degree in electrical engineering technology.

Sandy Wilkinson
Chief Finance Officer and Founder
Sandy Wilkinson is co-founder and vice president of finance and administration for Paragon Innovations Inc. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of Paragon's finance function including accounting, financial planning and analysis.
Wilkinson received her bachelor's of science degree from Texas A&M University, specializing in advanced mathematics and computer science. She frequently guest lectures for the Engineering Technology department of University in College Station, TX, and annually judges the Tech Transfer Challenge and Ideas Challenge for the Mays Business School MBA program. She is a member of Vistage International. She is active in the Dallas-Fort Worth CEO Network, Women in Technology International (WITI), and Richardson Chamber of Commerce. Wilkinson was a former Metroplex Technology Business Council (MTBC) Senior Financial Technology Steering Committee and was a former board member of the Southwest High-Tech Career Fair.

Michael Willey
Chief Technical Officer
Michael Willey joined Paragon Innovations, Inc. in 1993, and leads product development and design operations. Willey plays a key role in creating and developing Paragon's coding and design standards, proposals and other company processes.
Willey received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX in 1978. He has served over five years on the Embedded Systems Conference faculty. Willey also serves on the Industrial Advisory Board for Texas A&M Engineering Technology Department and frequently serves as a guest lecturer in that department. Willey is an active Boy Scout adult volunteer, currently serving on the Gray Owl District Committee, Troop 145 committee and is an instructor for various adult and scout training programs
