Paragon Innovations Announces Plan to Relocate Headquarters to Richardson, Texas

to move headquarters to Richardson, Texas
PLANO, Texas — November 24, 2009 — Paragon Innovations, Inc., a leading engineering and product development firm, announced today it has purchased a new 17,000 square-foot office building in Richardson, Texas. The new building, which is located at 3305 Matrix Road, will become the company’s new corporate headquarters in the first quarter of 2010.

Adam Brecheen from Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. served as the broker representing Paragon Innovations in the acquisition of the building from The Vantage Companies.
