Allan Rich joined Paragon in 2015. He is responsible for project management, as well as many operational functions that include strategic development of Paragon Innovations, developing and implementing company policy and procedure, and guiding day-to-day operations.
Allan earned his bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University in 2000, his Master's degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2009 and achieved his Project Management Professional Certification in 2015.
He served in the United States Air Force for 15 years as a logistician and spent a large portion of his military career planning deployments and organizing forces. He deployed 10 times on tours ranging from 1 to 14 months in length. He served in Iraq, Afghanistan and other countries across the world.
His skills include project planning, project management, operations planning, operations management, organizational development, and organizational leadership.
As the father of two, Allan often coaches young kids on the soccer field and organizes children's events. He serves as the Vice-President for his neighborhood homeowners’ association. Allan orchestrates Paragon's participation with Richardson ISD's Professional Internship Program to sponsor students who aspire to be future engineers.
